Thank you so much on the beautiful website dedicated to keeping the memory of Frank Sinatra alive! I have been a fan of his for many years and have seen him in concert at least 8 times and had the opportunity to meet him twice.
I can't tell you how very excited I was to find your website. It is absolutely fantastic. I'm sure if Ole Blue Eyes were still here with us today, he would certainly agree.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Sammelsurium von kurzen Essays über Sinatras Musik, seine „Kunst“ und seinen Einfluss auf das alltägliche Leben. Das bisher leider nur auf Englisch erschienene Buch enthält Essays unter anderem zu den Themen Sinatras Gesangs- und Phrasierungskunst, Sinatras „unterschätze“ Arrangeure (George Siravo, Johnny Mandel, Quincy Jones), Einflüsse anderer Künstler auf Sinatra, das Repertoire Sinatras und der Einfluss von anderen Musikrichtungen und Künstlern, Sinatras Höhen und Tiefen im Fernsehen oder Sinatra und Satire. Durchweg ein sehr empfehlenswertes Buch, das sich auf wissenschaftlichem Niveau mit dem Phänomen Sinatra beschäftigt.
