Das Sydney Stadium in Rushcutters Bay war ein Mehrzweckstadion, das von 1938 bis 1970 in Sydney, Australien, existierte. Es wurde hauptsächlich für Boxkämpfe, Konzerte, Rugby-League-Spiele und andere Sport- und Unterhaltungsveranstaltungen genutzt. Das Stadion hatte eine Kapazität von etwa 25.000 Zuschauern.

Das Stadion wurde 1970 abgerissen, um Platz für Wohnungsbau und andere Entwicklungen zu schaffen.
